At The Black Dog Bar & Grille we do it low and slow for hours & hours until the meat is so tender it will melt quicker than homemade butter. We promise there is no way to lose when it comes to pitmaster meat this good. On occasion, we may run out of pit meats, this is because they cook in our smoker for 14-18 hours at a time to ensure perfection.
DID YOU KNOW? Since opening - the end of 2018 we have smoked on average 2,500 pounds (1.25 tons) of meat per week. 128 weeks (X) 2,500lbs = 320,000 pounds or 160 tons. WOW!
