At The Black Dog Bar & Grille we do it low and slow for hours & hours until the meat is so tender it will melt quicker than homemade butter. We promise there is no way to lose when it comes to pitmaster meat this good. On occasion, we may run out of pit meats, this is because they cook in our smoker for (3-13 hours depending on the meat) at a time to ensure perfection.
